      DEATH:
      - Alive and resident in San Juan parish, Trinidad and Tobago, in January 1819, according to the return of "Margrite Desbonne Ve. Honor? Sellier" [Fr. abbreviation "Ve" for "veuve"] in the 1819 Triennial Register of Personal Slaves. This document is at The National Archives of the UK (TNA), T 71/509, folios 1599-1600, "The Triennial Return of Margrite Desbonne Ve. Honor? Sellier by her Son F. Terville Sellier Faucour of the Parish of St Juan of Personal Slaves," image available in "Former British Colonial Dependencies, Slave Registers, 1813-1834," Trinidad, "1819, Personal Slaves," images 510-511, on Ancestry at https://www.ancestry.com/imageviewer/collections/1129/images/CSUK1812_133750-00509.
      - No further records of her in the Trinidad Registers of Slaves. Corrections sections for later Personal Slaves Registers state that she did not file a Triennial Return in any year from 1822 to 1834. Her enslaved servant in 1819 does not appear in the Personal Slaves Register entries of her son Fabien Terville Sellier after 1819.
      - It is assumed, based on this lack of a record after 1819, that either she died between 1819 and 1822 in Trinidad or that she returned to Guadeloupe.
